Officially, Speedway came
from Oz back in the 1920s,
but others spin it differently.
Regardless, it hit the UK in
1928 and soon drew crowds
of up to 90,000. Speedway's
fortunes now go up and
down, but it's still a high
octane testosterone hit.
Who are the guys on the
right? We don't know. But
this was golden age. Weep.
