As soon as we receive your order, which is usually about six nanoseconds after you hit the PAY NOW button (but very occasionally a couple of hours if the satellite is busy), we'll process your request and will package it for delivery to your address.

However, it's worth mentioning a couple of points:

1. Is your email address current?

We receive many orders with defunct email addresses. That means that we're unable to contact you should there be a problem (such as missing mailing address information, or some other informational conflict). So please check your email address. If you haven't heard from us within, say, 24 hours, you can assume that something has gone askew, so contact us via the feedback link at the top of any Sump page.

2. These are oak framed prints, not metal signs

The frame dimensions are 225mm x 175mm (8.8-inches x 6.8 inches). The images are 203mm x 152mm  (8-inches x 6-inches). The frames have reinforced corners for durability. The high-resolution images are protected by 2mm glass. If you want a metal sign, follow the link you've just passed.

3. These prints need very little maintenance

Just an occasional wipe with a duster will do it. They can be mounted on a desk, shelf or mantelpiece via the attached prop stand, or hung on the wall. As with all prints/photographs/artwork, avoid placing them in direct sunlight. We're supplying the best quality prints we can find for the price, and we're very happy with these on our own walls.

4. These prints make great gifts

We don't have to explain this statement. You can see what's on offer. But if you're buying a set for friend/partner, and if your order is time-sensitive (such as an imminent birthday), email us and check we can supply by your deadline. Usually, orders leave us the next working day, and we do everything we can to ensure that the postal system doesn't let us down. But it's an imperfect world. Things go wrong. Mail trains get punctures. Aircraft crash. Etc. So please just check that we can get your order to the intended recipient if a special occasion is coming up fast.

5. We want you to enjoy this product ...

... and we want it to last for years, if not decades. But if you have any concerns, complaints or other forms of feedback (and we'll take all the praise we can get), fire off an email and we'll look into it, poste haste. We wouldn't tolerate poor products, poor service or poor communication from suppliers. So why should you?
