Draggin black Twista jeans 14th June 2016 Denim | Dupont | Abrasion resistant ◄PREVIOUS STORY NEXT STORY► The USP (unique selling point) with these new Twista jeans from Draggin is that (a) they're black, and (b) they've got some kind of clever integrated seamless design thingy that makes 'em look like regular jeans on the outside (oh yeah?), but hides the stuff that helps you bounce when you fall off. We don't know how it works. Some high tech process probably. The point is, Draggin has hoisted these jeans on its corporate flagpole and evidently feels they're worthy of saluting. But we wouldn't know about that because we ain't tried 'em. So you'll have to get a pair and do your own falling off.
Draggin reckons that the denim is stretchy (that helps), and the jeans have got a mid-rise waist to stop the wind whistling down where you don't want it. The legs are cut straight, so you should be able to pull these over most types of rider footwear. Also, aside from the usual protective padding stuff around the "key areas", these abrasion resistant jeans (with Dupont fibre thingy) are supplied with extra padding to stuff in knee pockets.
▲ If only all girls in jeans wore 'em like this, huh? You girls out there can substitute the word "girls" for "blokes", okay? The mens waist sizes range from 28-inches to 44-inches (what bloke these days has a 28-inch waist, huh?) The women’s sizes range from 8 - 18 (and how many women these days will squeeze into size 8?). The retailing price is £219.99 including VAT. If you want a pair, talk to your local bike gear dealer. But if you get stuck, try: 0117 971 9200 or visit www.thekeycollection.co.uk So are they worth the money? You can answer that one the first time you eat some tarmac. We'd be interested in your feedback. ◄PREVIOUS STORY NEXT STORY► |
