Corbin T120 Gunfighter seat

Corbin has been manufacturing motorcycle saddles for donkey's years. Since 1968, actually. We can't recall that we've ever owned one, but we've certainly sat on a few over various distances, and we've never had cause for complaint.

This new Gunfighter saddle has been designed for the 2016 T120 Triumph Bonneville, and from this distance we think it looks pretty good. The foundation is Corbin's Fibertech base pan. Then there's the usual piece of shaped and sculpted foam followed by a cover that's part leather and part vinyl. The vinyl, says Corbin, is there to help provide support and keep the looks sharper for longer. The leather is there for comfort and style, and (of course) to give the saddle that touch of quality.

You can also opt for a choice of top panel designs. Here's the selection taken straight from Corbin's press release:

Brown Bomber Jacket Seating, Sides and Tail with Indian Tan Welts and Gold Rocker Block stitching.

Black Natural Grain Seating with Asphalt side panels, Black Natural Tail, Candy Red welts and Red Single Diamond stitching.

Black Bomber Jacket Seating, Carbonium Sides, Candy Red Tail, Ghost Grey Welt and Black Tuck & Roll stitching.

Lastly, there's a small compartment at the rear of the Gunfighter saddle for a mini toolkit, a gun or whatever. And this saddle, we're told, will attach as a direct replacement for your stock Triumph T120 Bonneville item and will work with your standard key.

So what's the price? You're looking at $453, and you can buy direct from Corbin. The saddle ain't cheap. But this is a genuine made in America motorcycle accessory, and Corbin is reckoned to be among the best there is.
