We probably don't need to tell you what this page is all about, and we're certainly not going to explain it in rhyme. But in case you need an extra little nudge, intellectually speaking, it's just a collection of original poetic verse as featured elsewhere on Sump's news pages, but brought together for your convenience.

So okay, there's nothing here that William Shakespeare, William Wordsworth, Walt Whitman or Wang Wei would want to hang their name and reputation on. But a few of you Sumpsters might find a few of these lines at least vaguely amusing or entertaining or even thought-provoking.

We'll be adding to the collection (such as it is) as and when the muse visits. Until then, this is as poetical as we're ever likely to get.
