2019 Herald Rambler 12521st August 2019 125cc| Suzuki GN125 | £2,695 + OTR ◄PREVIOUS STORY NEXT STORY►
This might not be the shortest news story we've ever written, but no one is likely to fall asleep whilst reading it. The gist of it, as gleaned from the very brief press release, is that the Herald Motor Company based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire has re-launched their older 250 Rambler single as a 125 single knocking out 9.6bhp. There's just one colour on offer; gunmetal metallic with a tan seat. Other features include "slim black side panels, a headlight grill, a short front mudguard and LED indicators. The press release doesn't specify the engine origination. But it looks like another Chinese-built copy of the Suzuki GN125 motor. Nigel Blackwell, Business Operations Manager at Herald, has been quoted as saying: "It’s great to have the Rambler back as part of our range, especially as we received lots of requests to launch a 125 version". Not the soundest bite in history, perhaps. But don't blame us. We're simply the messengers.
The Rambler 125 is ready to roll right now To find one, check the Herald website and locate your nearest authorised dealer. The recommended retail price is £2,695 + OTR (on-the-road) costs. The bike comes with a 2-year parts and 1-year labour warranty, as well as 2 years of RAC breakdown cover. ◄PREVIOUS STORY NEXT STORY► |
